37.5 technology

37.5 technology

37.5® Technology Fabric is an advanced performance material engineered to maintain your ideal body temperature by using active particles that capture and release moisture. It keeps you cool when it’s hot, warm when it’s cold, and dry during high activity—perfect for sportswear, outdoor, and everyday comfort. The fabric enhances breathability and dries up to five times faster than traditional materials, helping you stay fresh and comfortable longer.

cleancool

cleancool

CLEANCOOL is a high-performance functional fabric engineered for ultimate comfort and freshness. It utilizes proprietary fiber technology to deliver two key benefits: permanent cooling and durable cleanliness. The fabric is highly effective at moisture wicking and is quick-drying, which promotes a cool-to-the-touch sensation and effective heat dissipation. Furthermore, its anti-microbial properties provide excellent odor control by inhibiting the growth of bacteria, making it ideal for activewear, sportswear, and performance apparel.

coolpass

coolpass

Coolpass is a brand name for a high-performance, functional polyester fiber known for its superior moisture-wicking and quick-drying capabilities.1It is engineered with a special cross-shaped + fiber section that utilizes the capillary effect (siphon theory) to rapidly draw sweat away from the skin and quickly spread it across the fabric surface for accelerated evaporation.

Function: Keeps the wearer cool, dry, and comfortable.

Mechanism: Cross-section fibers and capillary action (similar principle to Coolmax, but with a different fiber shape).

Primary Use: Sportswear, activewear, jerseys, casual wear, and underwear.

Coolmax

Coolmax

COOLMAX® is a trademarked series of polyester (synthetic) fibers developed for moisture-management and enhanced comfort.

The fibers are engineered with a non-round cross-section that increases surface area and enhances capillary action to push moisture from the skin to the outside of the fabric. Coolmax is primarily made from specially engineered polyester fibers (Polyethylene Terephthalate or PET). Its revolutionary performance comes from the unique structure of these fibers:

Multi-Channel Fiber: Unlike regular, round fibers, Coolmax fibers are designed with a non-round cross-section, typically featuring four to six channels (or grooves) running lengthwise.

Capillary Action: These channels significantly increase the surface area of the fabric (by an estimated 20% compared to round fibers). This unique shape utilizes capillary action to draw (or "wick") moisture (sweat) away from the skin and quickly move it to the fabric's outer surface.

Rapid Evaporation: Once the moisture is spread across the outer surface, the increased surface area allows the sweat to evaporate far more quickly than it would with natural materials like cotton. Coolmax 100%: 160gsm

Sports fabric

Sports fabric

Sports fabrics (also known as Activewear or Technical textiles) are specialized, performance-engineered materials designed to keep the wearer comfortable, regulated, and supported during physical activity.

Unlike traditional materials like cotton, these fabrics are built around core functional benefits:

Moisture Management: They use moisture-wicking properties (like polyester or nylon blends) to actively draw sweat away from the skin and quickly spread it to the fabric's outer surface, where it evaporates.

Breathability: They allow for high air circulation and water vapor permeability, which helps the body dissipate heat and prevents overheating.

Flexibility & Support: Many incorporate high-stretch fibers like Spandex (Lycra/Elastane) to offer four-way stretch, recovery, and compression, providing optimal mobility and muscle support.

In short, sports fabric is a category of functional materials, usually synthetic or specially treated natural fibers, where performance (like quick-drying and temperature control) is prioritized over traditional aesthetics

Yarn Dye Check Fabrics: Woven-In Quality and Lasting Color

Discover the superior quality of our Yarn Dye Check Fabrics, where patterns are not printed on the surface, but meticulously woven into the fabric using pre-dyed threads. This traditional process ensures that the color is fully saturated and consistent from the front to the back, offering exceptional vibrancy and superior color fastness that resists fading over time.

Perfect for creating classic shirting, cozy flannel, enduring home décor, and structured outerwear. Choose our yarn-dyed checks for durable, visually rich textiles with a substantial, comfortable hand-feel.

Stripes

Stripes

A stripe is fundamentally a line or band that is a different color, tone, or texture from the area immediately next to it.

When used as a pattern, stripes are a group of such lines arranged in a repeating, parallel layout. They are one of the most classic and versatile patterns in design, textiles, and art.

Parallel: The lines run side-by-side.

Contrasting: They differ visually from the background or the adjacent line.

Orientation: They can run horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

Stripes have been used for centuries and can convey different meanings based on their width and color, ranging from formal (like pinstripes on a suit) to casual/nautical (like a Breton shirt) to bold and modern.

Yarn Dye Fabrics

Yarn Dye Fabrics

Yarn Dyed Fabric is a textile made from individual threads (yarns) that are dyed with color before the fabric is woven or knitted.

This process ensures the color is deeply embedded, creating rich, woven-in patterns (like stripes, checks, and plaids) that are vibrant, durable, and look consistent on both the front and back of the cloth.

Recycled Fabric

Recycled Fabric

Recycled fabric is textile material created by reclaiming and processing waste fibers, materials, or discarded garments. Instead of being sent to landfills, these old materials—like plastic bottles (turned into recycled polyester or rPET) or old clothing (turned into recycled cotton)—are cleaned, broken down, and spun into new yarn.

This process significantly reduces the need for virgin resources, conserves water and energy, and helps lessen textile waste, making it a cornerstone of sustainable fashion and eco-friendly textiles.

Anti-static Fabric

Anti-static Fabric

Anti-static fabric is specially engineered to prevent the buildup of static electricity. It’s made by blending conductive fibers (such as carbon or metal fibers) with polyester or cotton. This fabric safely dissipates electrical charges, reducing the risk of sparks or static discharge. Commonly used in electronics, automotive, chemical, and industrial workplaces, it ensures worker safety and protects sensitive equipment from electrostatic damage.

Anti-bacterial Fabric

Anti-bacterial Fabric

🛡️ Anti-Bacterial Fabric: The Future of Freshness

Anti-bacterial fabric, also known as antimicrobial textile, is engineered with specialized technology—often using silver ions or zinc—that actively inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew.Permanent Odor Control: It eliminates the source of bad smells, meaning your anti-odor clothing stays fresh and clean, even during intense use or extended wear.

Long-Lasting Hygiene: It increases the lifespan of the garment by preventing microbial degradation, making it ideal for activewear, medical textiles, and everyday apparel.

Reduced Washing: Because the fabric resists bacteria and stays fresh longer, you can wash items less frequently, saving water, energy, and time.
